I am doubting that. If you sort this section for hits, Arabian Goggles has had more hits than the second-most-viewed thread by a factor of over 2x. I don't know why the bots would need to hit that particular topic more often than any other. Once it is catalogued, there is no reason to keep hitting it, especially when nothing new was posted to the thread in over 4 months (which is an eternity in netland).

I don't really know what this means, but I think (well, know) it has something to do with sex.  Reading through this doesn't really help (I'm a little dense when it comes to sex positions?), sorry, I'll google it. Most sexual acts are okay with consenting adults as long as it doesn't involve family members, children or animals.
